SWAG Alliance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations made to support our mission are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable.

For paid registrations (including event tickets, trainings, workshops, or programs):

  • Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event that SWAG Alliance Foundation cancels the program or event.
  • If an event or program is canceled by SWAG Alliance Foundation, registrants will be offered:
    • A full refund or
    • The option to apply the payment as a credit toward a future SWAG Alliance Foundation event or program.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@swagfoundation.org so we may review the request.

Refund Policy

SWAG Alliance Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, programs, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.

If SWAG Alliance Foundation cancels an event or program:

  • Participants will be notified via email.
  • Participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.


Participant cancellations:

  • Participant-initiated cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
  • Registration fees may not be transferred unless explicitly stated for a specific event or program.

  • Digital materials: When applicable, digital resources are delivered electronically via email or website access.

No physical goods are shipped.
